Developed product demonstrations and taught consumers how to stream music, pictures, and live television to laptops, stereos, and TV's through Window's Media Center-based PC's. Managed daily opening and closing procedures and customer support/technical support.

Installed computer hardware and software across the United States to support McDonald's, "Made For You" system rollout. Performed new construction installations as well as existing store upgrades. Responsible for training management and staff on new computer system functionality.

Repositioned communication satellites for West Coast clients Volvo and Edward Jones Investments. Responsible for rerouting data-traffic from SBS 6 to Telstar 7 and performed system upgrades to Hughes Network Systems' receivers. Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure sucessful uplinks and minimal client down time.
