While the back-end development of this product integration was completed by, well... back-end developers, I worked as the product development manager to ensure that the finished product matched the original vision.
By taking the time to create an in-depth product specification including the necessary interaction design and screen-flow prototyping, the development and testing process was minimized so I could focus on maintaining the product's overall usability.
